Skanska signs contract for hospital additions and renovations in Tennessee, USA, for USD 51 M, about SEK 330 M

Skanska has signed a contract with Williamson County Hospital District, Tennessee, USA to perform hospital additions and renovations on its campus. The contract value is USD 51 M, about SEK 330 M, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the second quarter of 2013.

The project will consist of additions totaling about 11,000 square meters and 3,500 square meters of renovations. Construction work will start in October 2013 and is expected to be completed in November 2015.
