Skanska signs contract for metro station in Espoo, Finland, worth EUR 37.5 M, about SEK 320 M
Skanska has signed a contract with Länsimetro Oy for construction of the Keilaniemi metro station in Espoo, Finland. The contract value is EUR 37.5 M, about SEK 320 M. The order will be included in order bookings for Skanska Finland for the third quarter 2013.
The contract comprises the construction of the station hall and its aboveground entrances, a maintenance shaft, technical facilities and the construction work of the Karhusaari tunnel.
The works on the site have begun, and the metro station will be completed in November 2015.
