Skanska signs exclusivity agreement concerning the sale of Poggenpohl

Skanska signs exclusivity agreement concerning the sale of Poggenpohl Skanska has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Nobia concerning the sale of the Poggenpohl Group. Following customary due diligence, a definitive sale and purchase agreement is expected to be signed by the end of May, 2000. Nobia is owned by Industri Kapital 1994 Fund and the management of the company.
