Skanska signs lease at CPH Highline in Copenhagen, Denmark

Skanska has signed an 8-year lease with GlobalConnect A/S for 9,250 square meters and 115 parking spaces at the office complex CPH Highline in Copenhagen, Denmark. GlobalConnect will move into their new headquarter on November 1, 2020.

CPH Highline consists of two buildings with a total leasable office area of 31,500 square meters. The first phase is now 85 percent leased. The office complex is located in the new vibrant area Havneholmen in Copenhagen with direct access to the new metro line. The buildings will be certified according to DGNB.

Skanska began construction of CPH Highline in the second quarter 2018, and the development is expected to be completed year end 2020. KPC København A/S is the main contractor on the first phase on the project.
