Skanska signs lease with Societe Generale European Business Services at Campus 6 in Bucharest, Romania

Skanska has signed a lease with Societe Generale European Business Services for 10,500 square meters and 57 parking places in the third building of the Campus 6 project in Bucharest, Romania. The tenant will start to take occupancy in the fourth quarter 2020. With this lease the building is now 91 percent occupied.

The office building is expected to receive LEED Gold and WELL certifications. The whole complex brings added value to the local community with a publicly accessible green area where tenants, employees and guests can work, meet and relax. Located in the central-western submarket of Bucharest, Campus 6 will comprise, at its entire delivery, four office buildings with a leasable area of about 81,000 square meters.

Skanska began construction of the office buildings Campus 6.2 and 6.3 in December 2018 and they will be completed in the third quarter of 2020.
