Skanska signs new tenant lease at 99M in Washington, D.C., USA

Skanska has signed a lease for 11 years with CommonGrounds Workplace for approximately 4,100 square meters at its 99M office development in Washington, D.C., USA. The flexible workplace provider will take occupancy in spring 2020. With this transaction, the office portion of the development project is now 76 percent leased.

99M is an 11-story, 22,000-square-meter, LEED® Gold, Class-A office development in Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Riverfront. Skanska began construction in July 2015 and completed construction in the second quarter of 2018.
