Skanska to expand and renovate at the University of Kentucky, USA, for USD 53 M, about SEK 345 M

Skanska has signed a contract with the University of Kentucky for the expansion and renovation of its Gatton College of Business and Economics building. A contract value of USD 53 M, about SEK 345 M, will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter of 2013.

The project will consist of additions totaling about 5,500 square meters and about 13,000 square meters of renovations.

Work will commence in November 2013 with anticipated completion in March 2016.
