Skanska to renovate academic facility in Connecticut, USA, for USD 111M, about SEK 1 billion
Skanska has signed a contract to renovate a 200,000-square-foot academic building in Connecticut, USA. The contract is worth USD 111M, about SEK 1 billion, and will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA in the third quarter of 2018.
Skanska will restore the building’s interior and exterior, including replacing its MEP systems. Construction is underway and is scheduled for completion in April 2020.
