Staffan Haglind new Green Business Officer at Skanska

Staffan Haglind has been appointed Green Business Officer at Skanska. The green business unit was established 2009 to strengthen the Group’s worldwide operations in green construction. The unit tracks the development of the green market and commercializes the technology, solutions and business models within Skanska to meet the customer’s demand.

The market is moving fast and we are determined to remain the leading company in green construction and offer the best solutions to our customers", says Johan Karlström, President and CEO of Skanska.

Staffan Haglind succeeds Cecilia Fasth, who will continue as Executive Vice President Skanska UK with responsibility for green construction and refurbishment. Staffan takes on the position by January 1, but until April 1 he will have other assignments in Skanska. Staffan Haglind has been working in Skanska’s commercial property development business in the Öresund region where he served as Managing Director.
