Update: Annual General Meeting in Skanska AB

As previously announced Skanska AB (publ) gives notice to the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 4.00 pm at Waterfront Congress Centre, Nils Ericsons Plan 4, Stockholm, Sweden. 

Skanska updates the notice to the Annual General Meeting with a seminar on ethics hosted by Lars Björklund, Vice President Ethics, and Katarina Grönwall, Senior Vice President Communications. The seminar is open and starts at 2.00 pm in conference room C4 at Waterfront Congress Centre.

Registration to the Annual General Meeting will begin at 3.00 pm. Coffee and cake will be served before the meeting.
