Skargards Hot Tubs named ‘Hot Tub manufacturer of the year - London’
The Swedish company Skargards Hot Tubs has been named ‘Hot tub manufacturer of the year - London’ as part of the London Prestige Awards 2019/2020 of Corporate LiveWire.
The award celebrates small and medium-sized enterprises that are thriving in a highly competitive market by providing a personalised customer service experience.
Skargards Hot Tubs was founded over 10 years ago with the goal of producing a premium line of wood-fired hot tubs made with high-quality materials. The idea was to remain true to the traditional concept while enhancing it with innovative features. Throughout the years, the company has expanded to 11 different markets including the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Especially in the United Kingdom, popularity and sales have increased to the point where it is now one of the company’s strongest and fastest-growing markets. In 2018, Skargards sold 36% more hot tubs in the UK compared to the previous year.
The judges of the Corporate Livewire Prestige Awards were especially impressed by this growth, but also by the consistency of the reviews lauding the services and the products.
“Since the beginning, our objective has been to develop high-quality wood-fired hot tubs, but also to offer a premium experience on all our channels including customer service," explains founder Fredrik Hofgaard. “We feel very honoured to receive this award because it proves that we were able to accomplish our goals”.
