Wood-fired hot tubs are becoming more and more popular in Europe. In the UK alone, Swedish company Skargards sold 36% more hot tubs in 2018 compared to the previous year. This makes the UK one of its strongest and fastest growing markets.

This also makes wood-fired hot tubs a popular addition to UK glamping sites. Since its humble beginnings, Skargards has increased production every single year in order to meet rising demand. Between 2016 and 2018, their exports to United Kingdom increased by nearly 160%. In 2018 they ranked among the financial times FT1000 which showcases the fastest growing companies.
In the future, Skargards plans to keep the trend on the rise by bringing a piece of Sweden to gardens throughout Europe.
