Press release Options to Sune Carlsson In accordance with an agreement with the SKF Board of Directors, the Company's newly appointed President, Sune Carlsson, has received 250 000 call options carrying the right to acquire SKF's B shares. In addition to this allotment, Sune Carlsson has personally acquired an additional 250 000 options of the same type. All of the options have an exercise price of SEK 186 and a term of six years.
