SKF acquires shares in Momentum

SKF acquires shares in Momentum In connection with the change of ownership of Momentum Industrial Maintenance Supply AB, SKF has acquired one third of the shares in the company, thereby strengthening Momentum's position on the Scandinavian aftermarket for industrial components. Momentum is the leading distributor of bearings and other industrial components on the Scandinavian market and operates in 21 places in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
