SKF ensures credit facility of 300 million US dollars

SKF ensures credit facility of 300 million US dollars SKF has signed a five-year and 300 million USD revolving credit facility with a syndicate of nine banks. The purpose of ensuring the credit facility is to replace existing credit facilities in order to get longer maturity. Banks in the syndicate are ABN Amro Bank, Barclays Bank, BNP PARISBAS, Citibank, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, HSBC Bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Société Générale and Svenska Handelsbanken.
