SKF's share of SPP's surplus funds As a result of overconsolidation, the Swedish insurance company SPP has decided on a non-recurring bonus distribution to its client companies. The amount that will be allocated to the SKF Group's Swedish companies is expected to be in the region of MSEK 250. It is not yet quite clear when or in what way this amount will be available for disposal. SKF has therefore not yet decided how these funds are to be reported in the company's accounts.
