SKF sells head office building in Göteborg

SKF sells head office building in Göteborg AB SKF has sold the office building in Göteborg that houses the Group's head office. The purchaser is Kungsleden Väst Fastighets AB, a subsidiary of Kungsleden Fastighets AB. The sale price was MSEK 153 and a capital gain of MSEK 133 will be reported in the third quarter. At the same time, SKF signed a ten-year leasing agreement with the purchasing company. The sale is part of the SKF Group's programme to reduce the amount of capital tied up in operations.
