SKF sells its share in Hofors Energi to Birka SKF is to sell its 49% share in Hofors Energi to Birka Energi. The purchase sum amounts to 18.4 million Swedish kronor and the agreement is conditional on a decision by the Hofors local council, which owns the remaining 51% of the company.
