SKF sells premises in Göteborg

SKF sells premises in Göteborg AB SKF has sold more premises in Göteborg, Sweden. The buildings are located close to the Group's head office, which was sold to fastighetsbolaget Kungsleden in 1999. The buyer is once again Kungsleden and the sale price amounts to 105.5 million SEK. The premises consist of office, industry and warehouse space with 29 000 square metres in total. About half of these buildings are let to external tenants and SKF has signed a rental agreement for premises used by SKF companies.
