SKF sells research centre premises in the Netherlands

SKF sells research centre premises in the Netherlands The SKF Group has sold the 18,000 m² site and the premises, built in 1971, of the Group's Research and Development Centre in the Netherlands to the Dutch real estate group WS Vastgoed Westersuyker N.V. The sale price was MNLG 44.6. At the same time SKF signed a rental agreement with the purchasing company. The sale is part of the SKF Group's programme to reduce the amount of capital tied up in operations.
