SKF sells ScanDust

SKF sells ScanDust Aktiebolaget SKF has reached an agreement with the German company, B.U.S AG (Berzelius Umwelt-Service AG) whereby SKF will sell its wholly owned subsidiary, ScanDust AB, in Landskrona, Sweden, to the German company. ScanDust, which recovers valuable metals by processing waste from the steel industry, has 75 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 150 m. This operation is not linked in any way to the SKF Group's bearing, steel and seals operations. The divestment is contingent upon the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority.
