SKF sells textile machine business

SKF sells textile machine business The SKF Group has now sold the ring spinning part of its Textile Machinery Components Business to the German company TEXParts GmbH. This part of the business represents the major part of the operations in Cannstatt, Germany, and the whole operation in Singapore. After this divestment SKF still holds a small operation for bearing units related to the Textile Business in Cannstatt. The aim is to exit also this remaining part.
