After 21 privileged years of having a unique insight into the way UK estate agents run their businesses, Eurolink Technology Limited has started a PR programme so the company can share its realms of valuable property industry information.
Eurolink is best known within the property industry for its forward thinking ideas and innovative approach to revolutionising estate agency and property management systems through specialist software, which is tailored to each of its clients’ needs. In order to achieve increased efficiency, increased productivity and lower costs, Eurolink has to understand the detailed workings of each of its client companies.
With some of the biggest and most prestigious estate agents in the UK as retained clients, Eurolink holds the key to valuable industry information and is now in a unique position to commentate on the property industry’s strengths and weaknesses, where it is going and how technology can help it evolve.
Eurolink Technology Ltd is the UK’s leading property management software development company, established in 1990. It is best known for pioneering the 'onesystem' software concept, which allows multi-practice agencies to combine one or more of their business systems into a unified Veco-onesystem™ CRM solution. This innovative software is designed to be efficient, affordable and is adapted and tailored to suit individual businesses’ needs.
Director of Eurolink, Richard Murray, comments: “Our ‘onesystem’ technology covers all the key property disciplines including residential sales, lettings, property management, block management, and property auctions. Each component of our offering can be licensed separately and tailored specifically to individual requirements.
“Our products and services are designed to revolutionise estate agency efficiency and productivity, leading the way for property businesses to make the most of these tough economic times.”
Eurolink has provided software, web development and IT support services to its diverse range of residential property clients over the past 21 years, with brand names including Spicerhaart, Sequence (Connells), regional agencies such as Linley & Simpson, specialists including Orchard & Shipman, high-end London agents including Bective Leslie Marsh and independent agents and franchises such as Winkworth.
Richard continues: “The last few years have been horrific for the property industry, which is traditionally the first sector to suffer during a recession. We, like many of our clients, have had to readjust and remain focused. Fortunately, Eurolink has grown significantly during this time as our systems improve efficiency and reduce costs, giving our clients a measurable return on their investment.
“A number of us in the Eurolink team have also worked ‘client side’ for many years, so the combination of our growing specialist industry knowledge, in tandem with our fantastic team of talented and innovative technical experts, gives us the opportunity to offer a vast range of advice to our clients and transform industry standards of professional best practice.”
Eurolink has an outstanding overall view of the residential property sector and according to its clients, the company genuinely understands what clients want and need – often well before the client does.
Richard and the other directors are now available for general market comment. Similarly, the press office is open and on hand to answer any queries relating to Eurolink’s products and services, the residential property sector and to comment on market changes.
