Five light industrial assets acquired as Slättö continues its roll-up strategy
Slättö, through its logistics and industrial platform Evolv, continues to expand its light industrial portfolio in Sweden and Finland by acquiring five assets located in well-established industrial areas.
The Nordic light industrial segment remains one of Slättö’s conviction segments, and portfolio roll-up is a focus theme. Light industrial continues to prove resilient with strong occupier market, positive rental growth and attractive yields. Investor sentiment remains strong, with both Nordic and international investors driving demand.
Against this backdrop, Slättö, through its logistics and industrial platform Evolv, continues its roll-up strategy. In the second quarter of 2026, the firm has acquired five light industrial assets, four in Sweden and one in Finland, in separate transactions. The assets are located in strong industrial areas in Södertälje, Kungälv and Norrköping in Sweden, and Espoo in Finland.
The assets, Grävmaskinen 12 in Södertälje, Muttern 1 in Kungälv, Kromen 3 and Kopparn 1 i Norrköping and Ruukintie 4 in Espoo, comprise a total net lettable area of 25,000 sqm and 110,000 sqm land with large available building rights, creating opportunities for infill development.
Through its funds, Slättö manages a logistics and light industrial portfolio of over 100 assets across Sweden, Finland and Denmark, totaling 480,000 sqm of lettable area.
