Slättö strengthens Finnish investment team with appointment of Tuomas Kokkila
Tuomas joins Slättö’s Finnish investment team to oversee transactions across key segments as the firm continues to expand in Finland.
Tuomas most recently served as the Head of Transactions at SRV Group, a listed construction and property development company in Finland with an annual turnover of about EUR 1 billion. At SRV Group he led the transaction team, responsible for deal flow and financing of real estate development projects. Tuomas also has experience as an Investment Manager at Areim AB, a Nordic real estate private equity company, where he successfully executed significant acquisitions and joint ventures across various asset classes in Finland. Prior to his role at SRV Group and Areim, Tuomas worked as a Fund Analyst at Prologis in Amsterdam.
