Slättö strengthens leadership with new CFO and Head of Finance
Slättö has appointed Jonas Rickardsson as Chief Financial Officer and Hedvig Falgén Andreassen as Head of Finance, reinforcing the company’s finance leadership as it continues to grow across the Nordics.
Slättö is a Nordic real estate investor with more than EUR 3 bn in assets under management across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Since inception, the firm has built a strong track record, delivering market-leading returns and establishing itself as one of the most active investment managers in the Nordics.
Jonas Rickardsson joins Slättö from the consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal, where he served as Managing Director for the Nordics for over five years. With more than two decades of experience from EY, PwC, and Deloitte, he has extensive expertise in financial leadership and real estate advisory.

Hedvig Falgén Andreassen joins as Head of Finance from Polarium, where she served as VP Global Accounting, and Homevolt, where she was CFO. Her more than 15 years in senior financial roles span the real estate, energy, and technology sectors, including as CFO at Sveafastigheter, and Group Accounting Manager at SBB.
