Slättö Value Add I AB (publ) (the “Issuer” or “Slättö”) announces the results of the tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to the holders of up to SEK 100 million of the Issuer’s senior unsecured floating rate bonds 2021/2025 with ISIN SE0015194147 and outstanding amount of SEK 500 million (the “Bonds”). The Tender Offer expired at 12:00 CET on 28 June 2024. The Issuer, in accordance with the terms of the Tender Offer, has approved to tender SEK 95,000,000.

Slättö intends to complete the Tender Offer and the price for the Bonds in the Tender Offer amounts to 101.25 % of the nominal amount. Slättö will also pay accrued and unpaid interest on the Bonds on the settlement date in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The settlement date for the Tender Offer is expected to occur on or around 2 July 2024.

Following completion of the Tender Offer, the Issuer will hold SEK 195,000,000 of the outstanding Bonds.
