Slättö Value Add I AB (publ) announces tender offer regarding up to 100 million of its outstanding SEK bonds

Slättö Value Add I AB (publ) (the “Issuer” or “Slättö”) is offering holders of up to 100 million of the Issuer’s outstanding SEK bonds outlined below (the “Bonds”) to tender Bonds for purchase by the Issuer for cash (the “Tender Offer”) at the purchase price set out below, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The Bonds will be repurchased subject to the terms and conditions described in a tender information document dated 18 June 2024.

The Tender Offer expires at 12:00 CET on 28 June 2024, unless extended, re-opened, withdrawn or terminated at the sole discretion of the Issuer. Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur at or around 2 July 2024.

The Issuer has mandated Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto”) as dealer manager and tender agent for the Tender Offer.
