Slättö Value Add I divests a logistics development to BlackRock Alternatives

Slättö Value Add I, through the logistics platform Evolv, has divested an ongoing logistics development in Pilängen Logistics Park in Örebro to BlackRock Alternatives. The property comprises a last mile-logistics terminal of approximately 4.400 sqm fully leased to Budbee as well as a generic logistics asset of approximately 14,400 sqm. The property, Väghyveln 6, is located in Pilängen Logistics Park by the E18/E20 highways, southwest of Örebro. Slättö Value Add I has divested two logistics developments in Stockholm and Enköping to BlackRock Real Assets.Both developments are high-quality logistics facilities and are already pre-let to approximately 25%. The Stockholm asset is in a prime last-mile logistics location. The projects have high sustainability standards, as they will be powered by large-scale solar panel installations and receive environmental certifications. Through Slättö’s logistics platform Evolv, Slättö Value Add I has completed approximately twenty acquisitions within the logistics and light industrial segments.

Slättö completes the sale of a last mile logistics portfolio in Stockholm, Mälardalen and Norrköping

Today Slättö, a leading manager of alternative investment funds, announces the divestment of eleven properties through its logistics and warehouse platform Evolv. The properties, totalling approx. 41,000 sqm, are located in attractive and highly accessible last mile sites in Stockholm, Mälardalen and Norrköping. The portfolio is acquired by Swedish Logistic Property (“SLP”).
