Number of shares and votes in Sleep Cycle

The number of shares and votes in Sleep Cycle AB (publ) (“Sleep Cycle”) have changed as a result of the issue of shares carried out in connection with the listing of Sleep Cycle’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 8 June 2021.

Through the new share issue, the number of outstanding shares and votes have increased by 1,428,571, from 18,000,000 to 19,428,571. The share capital has increased by approximately SEK 39,683, from SEK 500,000 to approximately SEK 539,683.
