Nomination committee ahead of Smart Eye’s 2019 Annual General Meeting
The members of the Nominating Committee ahead of Smart Eye’s 2019 Annual General Meeting have now been appointed.
At Smart Eye’s Annual General Meeting 2018 a Nomination Committee was appointed for the 2019 Annual Meeting. The committee consists of the Chairman of the Board and one representative each for the four largest shareholders on the last day in September of the current year.
In accordance with the decision the four largest shareholders, based on ownership on per September 28, 2018, have been offered a place in Smart Eye’s Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee has now been appointed and consists of the following members:
- Mary Irwin (Mats Krantz & Mary Irwin), Chairman of the Nomination Committee
- Evert Carlsson (Robur)
- Linda Jöfelt (own ownership)
- Oskar Krantz (Martin Krantz)
- Anders Jöfelt (Chairman of the Board)
The Nomination Committee shall, in preparation for the Annual General Meeting 2019, make proposals for the Chairman of the Meeting, the number of Board members, remuneration to each of the Board members, election of the Board and Chairman of the Board, fees to the auditor and election of auditor, and, if deemed necessary, proposed amendments in the nomination committee's instruction.
Shareholders wishing to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee can do so by letter to Smart Eye AB, Valberedningen, Första Långgatan 28B, 413 27 GÖTEBORG latest January 15th 2019.
