Ossian Ekdahl replaces Olof Jonasson in the nomination committee for Smart Eye AB

Ossian Ekdahl, representing Första AP Fonden replaces Olof Jonasson as a member of the Nomination Committee for Smart Eye AB (publ).

Following the announcement of the composition of the Nomination Committee on September 23, 2019, Olof Jonasson has left Första AP Fonden. For this reason, Första AP Fonden has chosen Ossian Ekdahl to be a new member.

After the change, the Nomination Committee consists of:

· Mary Irwin (representing the Krantz family), Chairman of the Nomination Committee

· Linda Jöfelt (representing the Jöfelt family)

· Evert Carlsson (Robur)

· Ossian Ekdahl (First AP Fund)

· Anders Jöfelt (Chairman of the Board of Smart Eye)
