Nedan följer en sammanfattning av de beslut som fattades av årsstämman avseende verksamhetsåret 2017-01-01 – 2017-12-31.

Vid årsstämman i Smart Eye Aktiebolag (publ) i Göteborg den 25 april 2018 beslutades följande:

 Arvode till styrelsen. 125 000 kr till styrelseordförande och 125 000 kr till övriga styrelseledamöter.

 Val av styrelse enligt följande:

o Anders Jöfelt (omval) – styrelseordförande

o Mats Krantz (omval)

o Magnus Jonsson (omval)

o Staffan Hansson (omval)

o Per Aniansson (omval)

o Lars Olofsson (omval)

 Omval av PwC som revisor med Magnus Götenfelt som huvudansvarig revisor.

 Att införa ett incitamentsprogram genom riktad emission av högst 170 000 teckningsoptioner som ger rätt att teckna högst 170 000 aktier. Rätt att teckna teckningsoptionerna skall tillkomma ledande befattningshavare, nyckelpersoner och övriga anställda inom koncernen.

 Styrelsen bemyndigades att besluta om nyemission av aktier om högst 20 procent av det registrerade aktiekapitalet i Bolaget i enlighet med styrelsens förslag.

Vid årsstämman var ca 47 procent av Smart Eyes aktier och röster representerade.
