SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mandatory notification of trade from primary insiders

Chief Financial Officer Kjartan Bø, through his fully owned company KBI AS, sold on May 28, 2024, 10 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 27.36 per share. The share sale was made to partly fund KBI AS' participation in SmartCrafts upcoming LTIP. Following the transaction, KBI AS holds 250 000 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally KBI AS holds 750 000 shares in the current SmartCraft long-term investment program.

Country Manager Finland Timo Makkonen, sold on May 29, 2024, 27 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 27.70 per share. The share sale was partly made to fund Mr. Makkonen's participation in SmartCrafts upcoming LTIP. Following the transaction, Mr. Makkonen holds 410 125 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally he holds 230 000 shares in the current SmartCraft long-term investment program.

Country Manager Sweden Hanna Konyi, sold on May 29, 2024, 150 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 27.70 per share. Following the transaction, Mrs Konyi holds 595 675 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally she holds 331 043 shares in the current SmartCraft long-term investment program.
