SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - SmartCraft ASA completes share buyback program

6 January 2025 - With reference to the share buyback program announced 5 November 2024, SmartCraft ASA (”SmartCraft” or the ”Company”) (Ticker: SMCRT NO) has reached the buyback program’s maximum consideration of NOK 20 million as of 6 January 2025. Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 680,606 of its own shares in the period 5 November 2024 to 6 January 2025 at an average price of NOK 29.3855 per share for a total consideration of NOK 19,999,960.50.

From 27 December 2024 until 6 January 2025, SmartCraft has purchased a total of 4,209 own shares at an average price of 29.8043 per share.
