SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - SmartCraft ASA completes share buyback program

With reference to the share buyback program announced 7 May 2024, SmartCraft ASA (”SmartCraft” or the ”Company”) (Ticker: SMCRT NO) has reached the buyback program’s maximum consideration of NOK 15 million as of 7 August 2024. Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 517,580 of its own shares in the period 7 May 2024 to 7 August 2024 at an average price of NOK 28.9810 per share for a total consideration of NOK 14,999,977.40.

From 2 August 2024 until 7 August 2024, SmartCraft has purchased a total of 1,084 own shares at an average price of 29.6910 per share.
