Smartports strengthens its Board – Björn Ulvgården appointed new Board Member

Experienced business lawyer and chairman brings strong expertise in corporate governance and capital markets.

Smartports has appointed Björn Ulvgården as a new member of its Board of Directors. With more than 30 years of experience as a business lawyer, corporate finance partner, and chairman of publicly listed companies, he brings broad expertise in corporate governance, transactions, and growth journeys.

Björn Ulvgården was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2011 and 2019, where he was responsible for Corporate Finance Legal. Prior to that, he practiced as a lawyer from 1993 to 2011, focusing on commercial law and complex corporate matters.

In addition to his advisory background, Ulvgården has extensive board experience. He is Chairman of the Board at OE Capital and has previously served as a board member of Everysport Group AB, formerly listed on Spotlight Stock Market. He has also been a board member of a Swedish fund management company.

Currently, Björn Ulvgården serves as Chairman of the Board at Greater Than, a company listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
