Dental surgery causes three lucky people to Smile!
In celebration of their rebrand, Smiles Centre hosted an open day on Saturday 19 October 2013. It gave customers, old and new, an opportunity to view the facilities and listen to qualified staff discussing denture care, veneers, teeth whitening and implantology.
During the day, guests were given the opportunity to win a £500 voucher. The three lucky winners are Swindon locals: Stephanie Henwood, Lorraine Menham and John Bristow.
The £500 vouchers can be used at the Smiles Centre on their treatments and products. This includes teeth whitening, root canal treatment, dental veneers, implants, general dentistry and facial aesthetics.
At Smiles Centre, trained dental professionals and therapists are also available to alter and repair dentures and help patients maintain their oral health.
On the day, experts talked and presented their specialisms:
- Dr Martyn Cox, BSc (Hons), BDS, PHD, FRSM, MITI, Bicon Accredited Implantologist spoke about dental implants
- Simon Miles DIP Royal College of Surgeons (Eng)Clinical Dental Technician, talked about the role of the clinical dental technician
- Mark Truman BDS BSc MFDS PGCert (endo), explained about tooth Whitening and cosmetic dentistry
Smiles Denture Care was founded in 1999 by Stuart and Simon Miles providing local dentists with removable dental appliances for their patients. Simon went on to study clinical dental technology in Toronto, Canada before qualifying as a Dental Technician at The Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2010.
Following on from Simon’s qualification in 2010, the business moved to new premises and has since grown dramatically and today offers a wide range of private dental treatments at affordable prices.
