Major shareholding notification

As a result of the recent issues in Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB, Gramtec Business Partner has passed the thresholds of 15% and Peter Enoksson has passed the thresholds of 10%. After the issues, Gramtec Business Partner owns 13.2% and Peter Enoksson 8.5% of the shares in the company.

Gramtec Business Partner Aktiebolag, with main owner Finn Gramnaes, has, as a result of the recent issues in Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB and subsequent registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, increased from 1,760,072 shares to 1,871,184 shares, but at the same time decreased ownership from 18.9 % to 13.2% of the company's total shares and votes.

Peter Enoksson has, as a result of the recent issues in Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB and subsequent registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, increased from 1,093,030 shares to 1,204,142 shares, but at the same time decreased ownership from 11.8% to 8.5% of the company's total shares and votes.
