Outcome for Smoltek's program of subscription warrants TO 2 has now been determined

The exercise period for Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB’s program of subscription warrants TO 2 has now ended and the outcome has been determined.
The warrants were subscribed at approximately 91,3 percent, and the dilution effect will be approximately 3,7 percent of the total number of shares and votes.
The program thereby provides the company with SEK 10.4 million before expenses. Through the newly subscribed shares, the number of shares in the company increases by 242,693 and the company's share capital increases by SEK 28,911,64. After registration of the new shares, the number of shares in the company amounts to 6,620,031 and the share capital amounts to SEK 788,634.07.
