Smoltek announces change in management

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) (“Smoltek” or the “Company”) announces that Pia Tegborg is leaving her role as CFO after seven years with the company. The board has taken steps to ensure continuity in the financial function and the recruitment process for a new CFO has begun.

Pia Tegborg will remain in her role during the notice period, ensuring a stable transition of responsibilities. Smoltek thanks Pia for her long-term commitment and for the significant contributions she has made to the company's structure and development over the past years. The board has immediately initiated the process of recruiting a successor.
