Smoltek's nomination committee before the 2023 annual general meeting

Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB (publ) ("Smoltek") announces the composition of the nomination committee in Smoltek ahead of the 2023 annual general meeting. The members of the nomination committee consist of Lena Olving, Marie Landfors and David Pettersson and the company's chairman of the board Peter Augustsson.
The members of the nomination committee have been appointed in accordance with the instructions for the nomination committee that were adopted at the annual general meeting on 27 May 2021, in accordance with which the company's three largest owners as of 30 August 2022; have the right to appoint each representative in the election committee. This year's representatives have been appointed by Gramtec Business Partner AB, Peter Enoksson and Shafiq Kabir.
Lena Olving (Chairman of the nomination committee)
Partner and founder of Olving & Ohberg AB. Comes before that from the role of president and CEO of Mycronic AB.
Marie Landfors
Former interim CEO of Smoltek Nanotech Holding AB, and thus has a very good knowledge of the company's operations.
David Pettersson
CEO of Gramtec Venture AB, a subsidiary of Gramtec Business Partner AB, and has a long relationship with Smoltek.

Among other things, the nomination committee must submit proposals to the annual general meeting on the number of board members, the composition of the board, chairman of the board, election of auditors, board and auditor fees as well as the chairman of the annual general meeting in accordance with what follows from the Swedish code for corporate governance.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee can do so via e-mail to agm@smoltek.com. In order for the nomination committee to be able to consider a proposal, it must have been received in good time before the 2023 annual general meeting. The time and place for Smoltek's 2023 annual general meeting will be announced later.
