Softcat wins Cisco Commercial Partner of the Year
Marlow, UK, 18 April 2012 – Last night the networking equipment company Cisco awarded Softcat the Commercial Partner of the Year for UK and Ireland award at its annual Partner Summit in San Diego, California. Softcat is well-established in the Cisco channel and is one of the UK’s fastest growing Cisco partners.
Douglas Fawell, operations director of Softcat, accepted the award at the global awards reception as the second day of the four-day day summit drew to a close. “It is a great honour to win this award in recognition of what we have achieved,” he said. “We have come a very long way as a business. There was a time that people knew us only as a provider of software licensing, but today our offering is far-reaching and comprehensive: we are a trusted partner for world-class hardware companies like Cisco.”
