Report this content

Sixteen employees of Coca Cola filed a discrimination lawsuit against the soft drink company claiming it forced them to work under racially discriminatory environments.

According to News One, the employees filed the discrimination lawsuit in Brooklyn Federal Court against two of the company’s five production plants in New York. The plaintiffs, who are Black and Hispanic, claim that they had to work in “a cesspool of racial discrimination.”

Coca Cola was sued a number of times in the past. In 2000, the company settled a discrimination lawsuit for $192 million in a lawsuit brought by Black employees.
