FRONTLINE Investigates Dentistry Abuses

Report this content

The Center for Public Integrity and FRONTLINE conducted an investigation that airs June 26 that shines a light on the pitfalls of the dental industry.

Some corporate dental chains overcharge patients or give them treatments they do not need, according to The Center for Public Integrity. Children who are on Medicaid are especially susceptible to having unnecessary procedures such as expensive crowns put over small cavities. Adults may also be enticed by advertisements of $249 dentures but then find themselves thousands of dollars in debt.

If you or a loved one has received unnecessary dental care or overcharged for a dental service, contact Sokolove Law for a free legal consultation. You may be entitled to compensation.
