Another plaintiff has stepped forward in the consumer fraud lawsuits filed against Google over its alleged tracking software on the Apple Safari browser.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, Keile Allen filed his consumer fraud lawsuit in Miami federal court. He claims that Google tracked his activity when he used an Apple iPad and iPod to perform web searches.

This lawsuit is the latest of several that claim the search engine giant used “tracking cookies” to tailor advertisements based a user’s search history.

Google is currently being investigated by the FTC to determine whether its actions violated the law.

If your privacy rights were violated, you may be entitled to compensation. Contact Sokolove Law for a free legal consultation and to learn about your options.
