Retired Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Michael Myers is the latest to hit the NFL with apersonal injury lawsuit.

According toLaw360(subscription required), Myers filed his personal injury lawsuit in Texas federal court in February 2012 claiming the league failed to warn players about the risks associated with returning to the field too quickly after suffering a concussion. He claims that he suffers from sleeping problems, depression, severe migraines, short term memory loss, and other health problems that are related to injuries he went through while playing for the NFL.

The NFL has been hit with many personal injury lawsuits in recent months and the number is only expected to grow as more players come forth with similar claims.
