Nursing Home Abuse Podcast: A Case Of Neglect

Report this content

Nursing home neglect is a serious form of abuse that is, sadly, much more common than many may assume. In an attempt to raise awareness about the realities of elder abuse, we are presenting a four part podcast series via ElderLaw Radio that focuses on the problems that lead to nursing home abuse, the ways that some are seeking to address the problem, and how to best pursue a nursing home abuse claim with a law firm such as Sokolove Law.

In this episode, titled “A Case of Neglect,” Barbara Salerno recounts the tragic story of how medical negligence at a California nursing home led to her 80-year-old father’s death.
