Theme park operator Six Flags faces a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims she suffered a personal injury coming down a waterslide at its Six Flags Fiesta Texas park.

Plaintiff Lori Ann Fischbach was at the Six Flags Fiesta Texas park in September 2010 and riding on an inner tube down the Twister waterslide, an enclosed slide with a series of twists and turns. According to Courthouse News, Fischbach collided with another person in front of her who was stuck in the slide.

She claims that the employees at the park gave her the go-ahead to slide down on the ride without confirming whether the previous rider had made it far enough down the slide.

The complaint says negligence on part of the employee who timed the intervals between riders led to her crash and the resulting bodily injuries and other damages. The defendants in the case are Six Flags Entertainment Corp., Six Flags Theme Parks, and Fiesta Texas dba Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
