A couple from Montana who rented out their greenhouse to a company that grows medical marijuana and had its operation subjected to a federal raid is claiming their insurer acted in bad faith for denying its $75,000 damage claim . Scott and Stephanie Nelson, the owners of Helena Glass and Stove Works, rented a greenhouse they owned to Montana Cannibis so it could grow medical marijuana, according to Claims Journal
